Through opera arias, cantatas and theatre songs plus instrumental works, Linnet Baroque will guide you through Handel's passage to Italy, where he absorbed the fashionable opera style of the day, his journey to London and the evolution of his musical style over the decades he lived here, alongside music by other travelling composers: Bononcini, Fedeli and Paisible.

Known for their impressive interpretations of virtuosic baroque music and interesting anecdotes, Linnet Baroque presents music by the superstars of the day alongside satirical 18th century wit.
